Another key service offering is that of our payroll function, to ensure that both costs and staff are correctly monitored, paid and processed in line with the latest methods. Since the introduction of PAYE modernisation (2019), payroll operations have become more time consuming and even more dependent on the latest market software’s. Extra care is required to ensure compliance with Revenue regulations and avoid costly penalties. 

At BWD, we adopt the BrightPay Bureau to accommodate our client’s payroll functions. We can accommodate the following:

• Preparation of weekly, fortnightly, monthly payrolls

• Verification of additions & deductions, PAYE, PRSI, USC and related issues

• Computation of BIK notional pay elements to include company cars etc

• Provision of Payslips to employees through appropriate means

• Electronic payments direct to bank of employees

• Notification to the Revenue Commissioners for joiners/leavers

• Periodic returns to the Revenue Commissioners (filed automatically)

• Provide ongoing advice and support in relation to all payroll related matters
